We provide business support while working in collaborative relationships with you, the client. So how do we actually do that?
It’s quite simple really. We work with you, not for you!
With all our clients we take the time to get to know how your business works so that we can tailor what we do to provide the best service for you. We become part of your team and we rely upon making our relationship with you work for you in a positive way; if your business grows we grow with you – everyone wins.
We will never tell you that you have to work a certain way to fit in with us. We may, in the process of working with you, discover ways to improve your processes and efficiency and we will share those with you to help you to work smarter, but if you would rather keep things as is that’s fine with us.
We have a wide range of business knowledge and experience from administration and management to IT solutions and implementation. We use these skills and knowledge to help you become more profitable whilst you pay us only for the work we do, a truly Pay As You Go business support service.
Working with us gives you the time and energy to focus on your business and achieve your goals rather than dividing time between generating business, concentrating on clients and dealing with business support tasks.
By working virtually, there are no geographical boundaries. Differences in time zones can be an advantage if your work is being completed whilst you sleep and is ready for you first thing in the morning.
PRESET PACKAGES
We recognise that there are times in a business when you know you need help but are just not sure what help you require and when. For this reason we have designed some preset packages to incorporate some of our most frequently requested services. Choose from our Start Up and Go, Business Expansion, IT Health Check and Expenses on the go.
These packages are offered in addition to our standard business support services. Give us a call to discuss your requirements as most of our services are offered on a bespoke basis to ensure we tailor our services to your needs.
Business Expansion
You want to send out brochures on a regular basis to potential new clients but don’t have the time to deal with it.
The expansion package allows us to help you grow your business.
- You provide us with the type of new clients you want to take on, location etc and we will research the internet for you and provide a list of customer names, address and telephone numbers.
- You can select which ones you wish to pursue and we create a mail merge and send the letters out on your behalf. All you have to do is provide us with the literature, headed paper and pay for the postage.
- We will then create a list of which potential new clients have been contacted and when, so you can follow up with a telephone call.
- How do you manage to remember what calls to make when?
- We can send you an e-mail advising who should be contacted when on a daily/weekly basis. All you have to do then is make the call!

Expenses Done!
- You send us your receipts on a weekly or fortnightly basis with any relevant instructions.
- All you have to do is identify the VAT requirements for the receipts.
- We enter the receipts onto your spreadsheet and send the spreadsheet to you monthly.
- We will post your receipts back to you.
It really is that simple and saves you so much time!
IT Health Check
Start Up and Go
With the start up package we offer you the support you need when you need it.
We will provide you with the following:
- Assistance with developing letters to send to prospective clients.
- Research possible clients and provide you with the company name, address and telephone number to enable you to make contact.
- Create mail merges for your mail marketing campaign
- Create a database of prospective and actual clients to allow you to keep track of who you have contacted, what responses you have received and when.
- Type correspondence for you.
- Arrange meetings and keep your on-line diary up to date.
- Provide secretarial support as and when it is required.
- With prior agreement, take telephone messages for you, which will then be passed to you via email.
- You provide us with your receipts and we can input them into a spreadsheet to allow you to keep track of costs etc.
By providing you with business support we free up your time to deal with developing and growing your business. You can concentrate on your area of expertise whilst we use our expertise to support you. We become a member of your team and work with you, not for you.
